An interesting detail that you might have picked while watching the video is that if grown in a coastal climate hand-pollination may not be necessary for setting fruit. Try it out and see what works for you. Cherimoya tree usually start fruiting in their 3rd year, so if you don't get any fruit after 3rd year, try hand-pollinating.
